The results are in......

and, it's really a best case scenario.

All of the biopsies that we had done last week during Roe's endoscopy came back showing no abnormalities, meaning 0 eosinophils!

In case you are just tuning in........... this is huge.

Beyond huge, this is an answer to our prayers.

We were originally thinking about taking him off the medical food if the results came back with zero eosinophils, but now we are thinking it may be best to try taking him off the steroid and check again in a few months and see if it may be an option to get him off some of this medicine.

 Dr. George wanted us to wait and not do anything until we see the allergist next week.

I think he (Dr. George= GI), the allergist, and our nutritionist

 will be trying to speak sometime before then and come up with a plan.

I don't think at this point we care what the plan is,

 we are just thrilled to know that he is doing better.

We certainly have come a long way since this time last year.

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for good health

 and the love and support I feel from all of you,

 all over the place,

friends, family, and kindred spirits.
